Unfortunately, in today’s world, we must have the Terms and Conditions in order to cover our ass!

By clicking to complete any trade or transaction using the world-manga.com website or App, you signify that you have read and agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs to exclusion of any other terms.

These terms & conditions (Ts & Cs), create a contract between you and world-Manga.com (trading as 2G Environmental Ltd, UK).

Please read these Ts & Cs and if you do not agree with these Ts & Cs, then you will not be able to use this site.

The Ts & Cs on which you use our website (www.world-manga.com) and App, allow for us to sell your comic books and artwork through our website or App.

HOW TO CONTACT US

You can contact us about these Ts and Cs or any other query via our Contact Us Page ([email protected]) or through our CHAT BOT.

STEP 2 – SELLING PRICE/CREATOR COMMISSION and CONSUMER FREEBIES ETC

All comic books or artwork to be listed on world-Manga.com is sold the retail price of $0.99 USD each.

All Creators will receive a commission of 50% of the retail selling price.

(Note: creator royalty will differ in regards to merchandising and licensing agreements)

All comic/artwork is sold digitally on world-Manga.com for both laptops and smart phones. THERE ARE NO HARD COPIES SOLD ON-LINE AT THIS TIME on world-manga.com.

All commissions are immediately transferred into the Creator’s bank account upon sale by world-Manga.com

All Creator’s must have a Freebie to reward the buyer/visitor at Checkout. Examples; Free screen saver, poster, NFT, signed artwork etc.

All Freebies must also be approved by world-Manga.com prior to being listed. All Creators must supply their bank transfer details in order to receive commissions.

All Creators can cancel the presence on world-Manga.com within 24 hours-notice in writing and submitted to [email protected].

Upon cancellation, all Creators must agree not to use the world-Manga.com logo or website address in the future or associate with world-Manga.com in any way.

Re-applying to be selling on world-Manga.com is possible if both parties agree.

STEP 3 – PRIVACY AND ACEEPTABLE USE OF SERVICES

In order to provide world-manga.com services and your trading process, we may collect and process personal details you provide us when registering with us and when placing an order for your comic book and/or artwork.

STEP 4 – YOUR COPYWRITE RIGHTS

When trading on the world-Manga.com website or App, your comic book or any artwork images you publish for sales on this site, solely belongs to you, the Creator.

We strongly suggest that when your comic book starts to gain traction and sales, you consider registering your comic book and/or artwork in the country of origin.

We are also associated with ACID (Anti Copywrite In Design) and the link is on our Home page. You might want to consider registering your comics/artwork with ACID, however they have an annual fee of €250.00.

world-Manga.com is a strong advocate for the protection of Creators and that Creators should be compensated for their creative work.

STEP 5 – world-MANGA.COM COPYWRITE RIGHTS

When you, the Creator has been approved to post and sell your comics/artwork on world-Manga.com, you will be able to have usage of the world-Manga.com logo in a restricted way, as approved by world-Manga.com.

These uses include, adding of the logo to the front of your comic book, to your poster, on social media blogs etc but must be approved first prior to applying or posting by world-Manga.com.

STEP 6 – CREATOR APPROVAL GUIDELINES

world-Managa.com has the right to approve or reject any or all Creator applications or submitted artwork/comics.

Approval timelines may vary and updates requests by the Creator can be made at [email protected]

Creator comic/artwork approvals must be within our guidelines in regards to age- appropriate content, nudity, sexual reference, bigotry, violence, foul language, content that incites any person to hatred or crime and all or any material that may be deemed offensive.

APPROPIATE GUIDELINES

While using world-Manga.com you agree you will not:

• Use world-Manga.com if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from world-Manga.com.
• Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to world-manga com.
• Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm, world-Manga.com or the interests or property of world-Manga.com users.
• Post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on world-manga.com.
• Violate any laws, third party rights, or our
• Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other user’s
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content (including personal information).
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access for any world- Manga.com purpose without our express written permission.
• Take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for Your Information) from world-Manga.com without the prior expressed written permission of world-Manga.com and the appropriate third party, as applicable.

• interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of world-Manga.com or any activities conducted on world-Manga.com.
• Once a comic book/artwork is listed, it may not be changed unless approved by world-manga.com.
• world-Manga.com has the rights to reject all or any comic/artwork/content they deem inappropriate
• All comic books/artwork must be completed in full prior to being listed on the world- Manga.com website.
• world-Manga.com also has the right to remove any existing account, profile, comic book and/or artwork we deem inappropriate.

Repeat offenders (Creators) may be banned from the site.

world-MANGA.COM and 2G ENVIROMENTAL LTD have the right to revoke the use of the world-Manga.com brand/logo from the Creator at any time. Failure by the Creator to comply may result in legal action taken by 2G Environmental Ltd UK. All legal actions will apply to UK law and will be heard in a UK Court.

STEP 7 – CONSEQUENCES OF REJECTION OR CANCELLATION

If your comic book/artwork and/or account is cancelled, neither you (Creator) or we (world-Manga.com) have any further liability or obligations.

Any outstanding commissions will be paid immediately to the Creator after cancellation.

STEP 8 – CO-PROMOTIONS

Let’s together get the word out about your comic book and world-Manga.com

world-Manga.com would like the right to promote you ,the Creator, and your work on Social Media, blogs, comic/art journals.

We plan to have “Comic Book Of The Week” and “Creator Of The Week” and will ask all Creator’s for their approval prior to listing on the world-Manga.com website and all Social Media platforms.

In return, world-Manga.com would appreciate if all Creators get the Social Media word out about our website and the AI community of Comic books and artwork.

STEP 9 – YOUR PROFILE

Each Creator listed on world-Manga.com will require to submit to us a brief Biography of themselves.

Customers like to connect with a Creator and this also creates a following and repeat business.

Your picture can be in an authentic picture from your smart phone or in a Comic book style of portrait.

STEP 10 – AI ARTWORK SOURCES and COPYWRITE

When using Open AI images or software when the terminology or implications are unclear, we suggest that you (Creator) pay particular attention to clauses addressing copyright ownership, usage rights, fair use, clearance and licensing of copyrighted materials.

You may require legal advice if you’re unsure.

Hopefully all these legal Terms and Conditions haven’t scared you off but unfortunately the 1% ruin it for the other good 99%.
